Returns and Refund Policy

In most cases, used or open box items purchased from retailers and shipped from The Postal Pony can be returned within 30 days of receipt from shipment.

Our Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (i.e. within 30 days of receipt)
• State of return (e.g. unworn/original packaging)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
• Process of refund (i.e. for a full refund item unopened refund processed within 14 days)
